Rejuveno 1999 Christmas Party HighlightsJanuary 1, 2000 It was an exciting evening! Our Christmas Party at Newton Hotel last Friday night attracted so many guests that we occupied the entire coffee shop which is the biggest room in the hotel. Although it was Rejuveno's first event which required participants to pay, there were several times more people than our free events. Several members came from Canada to join our party. A large number of new members have signed up in order to come to our party. Among the guests were Dr. and Mrs. Li Nan. Dr. Li is a prominent Chinese herbalist and author of several dozen best-sellers on preventive health care. He also brought his friend Mr. Lau who is Managing Director of a famous herbal product company. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food and ate their heart out: Shark's Fin Soup, Roast Prime Rib, Baked Escargot, Smoked Salmon, Caesar salad, Sushi, Yogurt, Fresh Fruits.........mmm.... wish you were there! Our Master of Ceremony is a real pro! James captured the attention of the audience with a hilarious dialog with his puppet. Our song leader Bill and pianist Josephine are professional music teachers. Working as a team, they created an atmosphere of joy and harmony among the guests. There were Christmas music, lots of fun and laughter, games, table prizes, lucky draw, a recognition ceremony, and moving testimonies from grateful users of Rejuveno products. Everyone joined in to sing the Christmas songs. Rhoda told a Christmas story and sang "O Holy Night". And of course we sang "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" while everyone shook hands before the party ended. It was indeed a fun-filled evening! Even the most demanding guests called the Party a great success!
