The Vancouver Chinese seminar on Saturday, June 22, 2002, was held in the Fraser Room of Executive Airport Plaza Hotel & Conference Center in Richmond, B.C.   It was the largest audience that ever attended a Rejuveno seminar in Vancouver.

Some of the guests were invited by friends and relatives living far away in Toronto and Hong Kong.

The seminar began at 7:30pm with a series of interesting videotaped testimonials, including one videotaped just the night before.   Mr. Allan Chan, owner of a famous Chinese restaurant in Vancouver, was unable to come to the seminar, but he came to a videotape session at 10:50pm on Friday night to talk about his wonderful experience with Rejuveno products.

After a brief introduction by our Master of Ceremony Rhoda, Dr. Ng made his speech on "Reishi and Good Health".   When he asked how many people in the audience knew friends and relatives who were cancer patients, almost half the audience raised their hands.   Dr. Ng explained the benefits of Reishi to cancer patients and the differences between Reishi and other mushrooms such as Yun Zhi.

Breast cancer patient Betty Sze told the audience how Rejuveno products helped her reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.   She also noticed that her immune system is now stronger than before, as she seldom catches a cold or flu after taking Reishi Deluxe and Cordyceps Deluxe.   Her husband is also taking Rejuveno products, and the reduction of his cholesterol levels surprised his doctor, who agreed that he should continue taking the products.

As usual, there was a lucky draw and tea time after the seminar.   Many interested guests stayed behind until after 10pm to ask Dr. Ng many questions.

"Why didn't you tell me about the seminar last night?" complained a pharmacist to his friend when we had dinner with a group of old friends on Sunday night, June 23.   "I didn't think that you would be interested." explained his friend.  "Many customers at my dispensary have been asking me about Reishi, but I do not have answers for them."   And he requested a set of literature on Reishi and Cordyceps from Dr. Ng.

This seminar generated so much interest in Rejuveno products that some guests made special appointments on Sunday and Monday for their friends to meet with Dr. Ng.   A special seminar was arranged for a small group on Monday night at 8pm.   More products were sold on Monday than on Saturday as a result of the seminar!  Some guests in the Monday night seminar stayed until 11:30pm to ask questions and place orders!

A wonderful thing has happened to Rejuveno Distributors Rhoda and Stephen Yick recently.   A wild Reishi mushroom has appeared in their backyard!   If something like this happened in the backyard of a Chinese emperor in the Han Dynasty, the emperor would host a huge banquet and declare amnesty to everyone!   Here are the evidences (photographs taken on June 20, 2002):

The white mass at the bottom of the Reishi mushroom is the mycelium.
