March 17, 2001 Seminar HighlightsMarch 26, 2001 The March 17 Seminar was a very interesting one and a bit longer than usual. It went on for two and a half hours. Once again, we had a full house and had to add many more chairs at the back of the room. We are happy to have Janet and Ronnie as our Masters of Ceremony, and Bill explained the background of our Company. Our main speaker was Dr. Leung Fu Chuen. He spoke on food as medicine. To help the audience remember the many kinds of food he mentioned, a 3-page hand-out was distributed to all guests. As there was an unusually large number of new guests, Dr. Gilbert Ng made a full but brief presentation on Rejuveno products. Many guests showed keen interest and asked Dr. Ng many questions. Dr. Stephen Ng explained the benefits of new product NAG (N-Acetyl Glucosamine) to arthritis patients. Dr. Stephen Ng is a professor of biochemistry who had taught and done research at University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He came all the way from Canada to Hong Kong and this was the first time he spoke at a Rejuveno seminar. Ada Leung told the audience about her own sufferings five years ago when she had severe rheumatoid arthritis, and how she recovered completely after taking NAG. The audience got so interested that a large quantity of it were sold after the seminar. There were so many orders that the product was completely sold out! Acupuncturist Connie told the audience many exciting testimonials of Rejuveno products and NAG from the experience of her own patients. Everyone listened to her speech with great interest, although by the time she spoke it was already overtime. We had an unusually large number of testimonies this time. Besides Ada and Connie, Audrey, Janet, Pat, and Kath also talked about their own experience and their friend's experience with the products. As usual, there were lucky draws, refreshments, and great private discussions after the seminar. Ivy Lam won the First Prize of our lucky draw.
