November 18 Seminar HighlightsNovember 21, 2000 Janet and Ronnie were our Masters of Ceremony. Bill made a presentation on the background and ideals of Rejuveno. Richard and Rex explained Rejuveno's distribution method and marketing plan. Rebecca and Pat spoke about their first-hand experience with Rejuveno. The teamwork was great! Our speaker Dr. Gilbert Ng spoke on the mysterious topic "1+1=10". It was not a mathematical formula, but a symbolic representation of the several important topics that Dr. Ng discussed: breaking through pre-conceptions, adding missing links to reach perfection, making the right choices, and the power of the binary system. For the most part, he gave practical guidelines on how health factors and food supplements combine to solve specific health problems naturally and more effectively than the sum of the individual factors. He also cited recent examples of exciting health benefits that users of Rejuveno products experienced, including the news about the Prostate Cancer patient. The audience was particularly interested in the recent news that none of the Ginkgo Biloba products on the Hong Kong market could meet international standards, and that almost all of the products tested had many times more Ginkgolic acids (an allergy-causing chemical) than the German safety standard. Dr. Ng shared with the audience detailed knowledge about the safety and quality of Ginkgo. He is an expert in this field. His doctoral thesis was on Poison Ivy which is structural related to Ginkgolic acids. The complex chemical structures of the active ingredients of Ginkgo were first discovered by Professor Koji Nakanishi of Columbia University. Professor Nakanishi was one of Dr. Ng's teachers and a member of the panel of experts who reviewed his thesis. As usual, there were lucky draws, refreshments, and great private discussions after the seminar. Once again, we would like to thank May Ling and Winnie Au-Yeung for helping out at the sales desk.
