1. Take more health supplements to strengthen the immune system

During the high-risk period for influenza, the average person (adult) should take the following supplements twice per day:
3 capsules of RD2, 3 capsules of CM2, 2 capsules of Ultra-refined grade Strawberry Flavoured Omega-3 Fish Oil, and 3 tablets of Rejuveno Extra-C Plus (Vitamin C, 500mg each), after meals.
(For better results, add one capsule of MSM each time)
Special high-risk groups (health care professional, families of patients, those living or working in areas where flu patients have visited, and elderlies):
Take the following supplements 3-4 times per day:
3 capsules of RD2, 3 capsules of CM2, 2 capsules of Ultra-refined grade Strawberry Flavoured Omega-3 Fish Oil, 3 tablets of Rejuveno Extra-C Plus (Vitamin C, 500mg each), and 1 capsule of MSM, after meals.

2. Eat a well-balanced diet

Drink at least 8 cups of plain water (warm water) per day.
Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and an equal amount (by weight) of protein-rich foods (such as lean meat, fish, and skinned chicken, etc.).
Eat less trans-fat, sugar and dessert, foods containing too much starch or easily-absorbed carbohydrates (such as rice, noodles, spaghetti, macaroni, vermicelli, and bread, etc.)
Friends who are on weight-loss diets should eat enough calories the body needs.
Avoid: smoking, alcohol, fructose, fried and barbecued foods, food products containing nanoparticles, and greasy foods.

3. Get enough sleep and rest

Sleep 7~8 hours per day. Going to bed before midnight allows the liver to perform its functions.
After working continuously for every two hours, rest for 15 minutes.

4. Reduce stress, stay happy

Do not allow yourself to overwork. Stay happy with prayers, music, and all kinds of suitable entertainment.  Lower expectations.   Rejoice always.   Give thanks in all circumstances.

5. Get proper exercise

For 3~6 times per week, do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, including at least 15 minutes of exercise while the pulse rate is 20% faster than normal.

Recommended exercise: 7 Minute Workout (High Intensity Circuit Training).

 Breathe fresh air during exercise.

6. Avoid catching a cold

Put on enough warm clothes, and bring extra clothing when you go outside.

7. Avoid contact with the virus

Minimize visits to crowded areas. ·
When you come across someone with a respiratory disease, keep a distance of 5 feet (1.5 meters), or wear a mask. ·An N95 mask or a surgical mask is recommended.
Always keep your hands clean. After a handshake, do not touch your mouth, nose, and eyes with your hands, and wash your hands as soon as possible with soap and water. After washing your hands, dry them with disposable paper towels. Do not use towels which have been used by someone else.
If you cannot wash your hands promptly, use 70% alcohol to disinfect them.
Keep good ventilation while indoors. Bring in fresh air as much as possible, by opening windows or doors, turn on the exhaust fan, etc. ·
During this period of high risk, do not touch elevator buttons with your bare hands. Use the tip of a pen or a piece of tissue paper instead.
Do not touch door knobs, hand rails, or switches with your bare hands.   Use a piece of tissue paper in between.

If you are so unfortunate to get infected by the new influenza virus or other types of influenza, do not panic. Drink plenty of plain water immediately, and wear a mask, then visit your doctor as soon as possible, preferrably a doctor who has experience with this kind of Flu. Write down the licence plate number of the vehicle that you take on your way to see your doctor, and the name of the taxi driver, etc.   Do not go to work before you are certain that the virus is not the new virus that is currently spreading all over the world.   Stay at home to quarantine yourself.  Maintain a safe distance from other family members. Keep your hands clean. Use your sleeve in your elbow to cover your nose and mouth whenever you sneeze or cough.  Use tissue paper if you must wipe off a runny nose, and then throw away the tissue paper promptly.  Avoid shaking hands. Do not go to work or school. Avoid passing the virus on to other people.

Areas visited by patients or furniture used by patients should be disinfected with 1:99 bleach as soon as possible.
